Description
The LC 301 is a one-piece post-operative compression girdle that starts under the bust and ends above the knee. It covers the thighs while leaving the calves free, so where compression is needed across the abdomen, hips and thigh line it is less restrictive than the LC 300. The row of hook-and-eye fasteners lets the garment be closed in stages, so as swelling reduces you move to an inner row and the fit is maintained. Sizing is decided by considering waist and hip circumference together, and the seven sizes cover 58-108 cm waist and 80-132 cm hip. If a below-knee length is needed the LC 300 is available, and for the hips and abdomen alone there is the LC 302 panty-style model. When and how many hours a day the girdle is worn is set by the operating surgeon; if the skin marks or sensation changes under the garment, consult your doctor.
