Description
This knitted ankle support applies even, all-round compression to the ankle without added stays or pads. The knitted fabric breathes and does not trap sweat, which is what makes it practical for all-day and sports use. Its high elasticity makes it easy to pull on and lets it support the joint without locking movement. It is chosen for chronic muscle weakness, painful conditions, swelling around the ankle and sports activity. The thin knit fits inside ordinary shoes, so it works in daily life. Size is set by measuring ankle circumference — the right size keeps the support in place without pinching. Wearing it while sleeping is not recommended. If the malleoli need protection or collateral ligament support is required, silicone-pad or ligament-supported models should be considered.
