Description
A rollator differs from a conventional walking frame in two ways: with four wheels it is never lifted, so the natural rhythm of walking is preserved, and it carries a seat, so the user can rest along the way. The FS965LHF9 offers both in an aluminium frame. The practical value of that seat is that it keeps people going out — many stop leaving the house simply because they cannot count on somewhere to sit. Handle height is adjustable; standing upright in shoes with the arm hanging loose, the handle should reach the wrist crease. The handbrakes serve two purposes: they control speed while walking, and pushed down they lock into the park position. Always set both brakes to park before sitting; most rollator accidents come from sitting down without locking them. The removable basket is useful for shopping and personal items, though overloading it upsets the rollator's balance. The folding aluminium frame loads easily into a car and does not rust in damp air.
