Description
These are water-soluble fragrance blends prepared for use with ultrasonic room humidifiers and aroma diffusers. Using them is simple: fill the device's tank with clean water, add a few drops of the essence, and the scent disperses with the mist as the device runs. Being water-soluble is an important distinction — oil-based fragrances that do not dissolve leave a film on the ultrasonic plate, reducing output and making cleaning harder, which is why only water-soluble essences are recommended in a humidifier. It also helps not to overdo the quantity; scent intensity is set with a few drops, and more than that can be overpowering in a closed room. Take care before using scented essences around people with respiratory sensitivity, asthma or allergies, and ventilate the room. Emptying and cleaning the tank regularly prevents residue building up.
