Description
The Respirox ultrasonic humidifier raises the humidity of a room to ease the nose and throat discomfort that dry air causes. It works ultrasonically: instead of heating the water, high-frequency vibration breaks it into very fine droplets released as cool mist. Because it does not boil water, no hot surface forms on the unit — an important difference for use in a child's room. The tank holds 2.5 litres and fills from the top, so you can add water without detaching and inverting the tank, which makes daily use noticeably easier. When the water runs out the unit stops producing mist by itself. The LED night light gives soft illumination in the room when it runs overnight. Ultrasonic humidifiers can carry minerals from the water into the air, so empty and clean the tank regularly and use low-mineral water where possible. The unit is intended for enclosed spaces such as bedrooms, children's rooms and offices.
