Description
The LC 400 is a male compression vest used to hold the chest under compression after gynecomastia surgery. The front zip means the garment does not have to be pulled over the head — an immediately noticeable convenience in the first days after surgery, when raising the arms is difficult. The purpose of a compression garment is to keep the area under steady, even pressure, so the vest is expected to stay in position without slipping through the day.
