Description
A couch roll puts a single-use barrier between the patient and the couch surface, reducing how much cleaning is needed between patients. The roll is 50 centimetres wide and 50 metres long, tearing at the perforations into roughly 100 sheets. Choose between the two types according to where you work: the laminated version has a PE backing that stops liquid reaching the couch, which is why it is preferred for ultrasound and waxing where gel is used. The paper version has no lamination and absorbs liquid through its two-ply cellulose structure, which is enough for general examination. The surface is embossed or honeycomb textured, which reduces sliding on the couch and softens the feel against the skin. The product is single use and should not be reused. Used in hospitals, clinics, dental practices, beauty salons and veterinary practices.
