Description
A standing frame supports the trunk so that someone who cannot stand unaided, or cannot hold their balance for long, can remain upright. Thanks to its four castors the FS-203 is not only a static support but a mobile frame that can also be used for supported walking practice. Height adjustment from 71 to 110 cm adapts it to children and adults alike, while the 53–76 cm width setting fixes the grip distance to the user's build — a frame left too wide creates strain instead of support. Being able to change the angle of the handgrips brings the wrist and shoulder into a comfortable position, which delays fatigue over longer sessions. The frame should be used under a physiotherapist's guidance, for the duration and frequency they set. Never leave the user unattended during a session, make sure the floor is level and non-slip, and keep the castors under control when free movement is not intended.
