Description
A lumbar support cushion fills the natural inward curve of the lower back while you are seated. Over a long period of sitting the lower back loses that curve and flattens; the cushion fills the gap, supports the spine and delays the slump. An elastic strap on the back holds it to an office or car seat so it does not slide out of place as you move. It is used by desk workers, long-distance drivers and students who sit for most of the day. It is portable and can be carried between chairs. The cover comes off for washing. If back pain has become constant, a cushion alone will not solve it — seat height, screen distance and how often you take breaks should be reviewed too.
