Description
A compressor nebuliser draws in room air to atomise the medication, and the air filter traps the dust and particles in it, protecting both the compressor and the mist you breathe. Over time the filter darkens with dirt and restricts air flow; sessions then take longer, the visible mist drops off and the compressor works harder than it should. The filter is not a washable part — water or detergent closes its pores; once soiled it is simply exchanged for a new one. This filter fits the Omron CompAir NE-C28, C28P, NE-C29 (Pro) and NE-C30, and the original Omron spare pack is listed under order number 9956271-9. Changing it needs no tools: remove the filter cover, lift the old filter from its recess and drop the new one in. How often it needs changing depends on how much the device is used and how dusty the room is — follow the interval in your manual, and renew it earlier if it is visibly dirty.
