Description
A memory foam neck pillow supports the neck by moulding to the shape of the head and filling the gap between shoulder and head. Unlike a conventional pillow, the whole surface does not collapse at once — only the area carrying the load changes shape, so the support lasts through the night. Viscoelastic foam softens with warmth and firms up in the cold, so it can feel firm for the first few minutes and then settle to your body temperature. It is chosen on medical advice for neck complaints such as disc problems and nerve compression, and as night-time support for people wearing a collar during the day. The pillow's own cover is washable, and you can put your own pillowcase over it. The large size suits broader shoulders and side sleepers; back sleepers often find a lower profile more comfortable.
