Description
The Respirox CR-F5SW is an oxygen concentrator for continuous home oxygen therapy that also carries a nebuliser outlet. Flow is adjustable from 0.5 to 5 litres per minute and the unit delivers oxygen at 93% ± 3 purity. The integrated nebuliser removes the need for a separate device, a practical advantage for patients who also take inhaled medication. Net weight is 15 kilograms and the unit measures 35 × 20 × 58 cm; the castors let you move it from room to room at home. Noise is 60 dB(A) or below — worth bearing in mind if it will run in a bedroom overnight. The digital display shows flow, running time and device status, and the timer can be set from 10 to 240 minutes. A two-level alarm system reports drops in oxygen purity, pressure changes, power failure and the need for a filter change. The concentrator is rated for use between 5 and 40 °C and at altitudes from sea level up to 4000 metres, with an IP21 protection class.
