Description
The X2P-3 is a pocket-sized dressing kit put together for first response to everyday minor injuries. Its contents follow the basic order of wound care: clean the surrounding area with a cleansing wipe, wipe the wound with an antiseptic wipe, then apply a plaster, the 5 × 5 cm sterile gauze swab or the 6 × 7 cm padded dressing depending on the size of the wound, and secure it with the 5 cm × 450 cm roll bandage if needed. At 19 pieces it is compact enough to keep permanently in a glovebox, a rucksack, an office drawer or a sports bag. For busier settings or more frequent use, the 28-piece X2P-6 is a better fit. The kit is for first aid only; deep or extensive wounds, or bleeding that will not stop, need medical attention.
