Description
This gel shoe pad is a silicone insert that adheres to the inside of the heel counter. It does two jobs: it stops the heel sliding back and forth inside the shoe, and it cushions the shoe edge against the skin — the usual fix if new shoes rub at the heel or a pair runs half a size large. The second benefit of the silicone is impact absorption, taking part of the load off the heel as you walk. Fitting is straightforward: clean the heel area, peel off the backing liner and press the pad firmly into position inside the shoe.
