Description
The SS 001 is a full-length silicone insole that supports the arch of the foot. The raised arch makes contact with the midfoot in high-arched feet, spreading load along the sole rather than concentrating it at one point — the decisive feature in heel and forefoot pain. The 100% silicone body absorbs pressure and springs back during each step. The blue areas of the insole are made softer so they sit under the points where pressure and keratosis develop. It is used in pes cavus, heel spur, plantar fasciitis, heel pain and other arch abnormalities. Six sizes cover EU 35-46, and the correct size matters so the insole lies flat inside the shoe without curling. Silicone insoles are heavier than other insole types, so they are more comfortable in wide, deep shoes. Having a specialist assess which insole type suits your foot is recommended.
