Description
Designed for the lower back, this compress can equally be used on the leg. It is made larger than the other shapes because the lumbar area needs a wider surface, and covering the whole painful region is what determines the result. The bead gel structure follows the curve of the back and holds its warmth or cold for a long time. The fastening strap wraps it around the waist, so the application can continue while you sit or move about gently rather than having to lie down. Heat is generally preferred for lumbar stiffness and muscle tension, while cold is used for acute strain and swelling; this product does both with the same compress. Chill it in the freezer for cold, or warm it in a microwave or boiling water for heat. The inner face is fabric lined.
