Description
The FS-7985 shower chair lets people with reduced balance, or who cannot stand for long, take a shower sitting down. Holes in the seat drain water away so it does not pool on the surface. Non-slip rubber tips keep the chair from sliding on wet flooring; these harden and wear over time, so check them regularly. Stepped height adjustment lets you match the chair to the user's height and to the tub — set so the feet rest flat on the floor, the chair is far safer to stand up from. When choosing a shower chair, consider whether the user needs back support: backless models save space in a small bathroom, while a backrest is safer for longer periods of sitting. Used together with a grab bar and a non-slip bath mat, it makes the whole routine more secure.
