Description
Trim-to-fit insoles are made for people who want to move the same insole between different shoes without hunting for exact sizes. Cutting guides marked with size ranges are printed on the insole; lay your old insole on top as a template and cut around it for a footbed that fills the shoe exactly. Trim gradually and test as you go rather than cutting in one pass — material removed cannot be put back. The 3D contoured surface gives support at different heights under the forefoot, arch and heel so pressure is spread along the sole, while the flexible foam absorbs the impact of walking and sport. It suits roomier shapes such as boots, trainers and everyday shoes. This is a general comfort product; conditions such as flat foot, heel spur or diabetic foot call for an insole selected after a clinical assessment.
