Description
This replacement gingiva mask renews the gum layer of the Frasaco AG-3 adult training model. The mask is fitted over the model base and is held in position by the screw-in model teeth, so no adhesive is needed. The elastic material behaves much like real soft tissue when a bur touches it during preparation or when incision and suturing exercises are carried out, which makes it a reference for subgingival margin work. WOK in the product name denotes the upper jaw mask and WUK the lower jaw, so only the worn arch needs renewing. Replacing a worn mask is more economical than replacing the whole model while the base and teeth are still sound. It is a regularly consumed spare part in dental faculties, vocational schools and in-practice training.
