Description

This four-pad pack covers one full session on a 2-channel TENS/EMS unit that runs four electrodes at once. The 8 × 4 cm rectangular shape suits long muscle lines such as the lower back, upper back and thigh, where two pads are placed at either end so the current travels along the muscle. The conductive gel layer means no separate gel or tape is required. Electrodes are consumables: replace them when adhesion falls off, the edges start lifting or the gel surface dries out, because a worn pad conducts unevenly and produces a stinging sensation.
